We need your feedback. We’ve set up the spreadsheets to make it easier for you to track your priority deals. However, we understand that the system is new and that everyone may not catch on as quickly. The system we have in place was created when I first got into the business. I had a simple Excel spreadsheet which I used to track all of my deals. My objective was to add my clients into the spreadsheet and then simply follow up with each one everyday.
The system worked so well that I started closing several deals each month and getting a lot of referrals. I followed up so consistently that some of my clients sent me a referral just so that I’d leave them alone. Hey, that’s a win in my book!
Our goal is to show you how to use the deal trackers to close more deals. Of course there are other “deal trackers” out there; systems like Top Producer, Wise Agent, and Podio which we’re familiar with. So whether you need assistance with the deal trackers that you have to pay monthly for or the free one that we created, we are here to give that help so that we all will start closing more deals as a team.
We need to know what type of training sessions work best for everyone. We know that that more training is needed on the google apps that we’re using, but we are not sure about how many days a week or how long each training session needs to be.
