HOW TO GET THE EXACT POSITION YOU DESIRE

Everyone enjoys doing the kind of work for which he is best suited. An artist loves to work with paints, a craftsman with his hands, a writer loves to write. Those with less definite talents have their preferences for certain fields of business and industry. If America does anything well, it offers a full range of occupations, tilling the soil, manufacturing, marketing, and the professions.

Fourth. By analysis of yourself, your talents and capabilities, figure WHAT YOU CAN OFFER, and plan ways and means of giving advantages, services, developments, ideas that you believe you can successfully deliver.

"My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." ~John F. Kennedy

A big problem that has apparently been around for a long time is that people typically want the other person to “give it their all” before they do. We tend to hold so much back until we see something that makes us comfortable. The problem with this is that the other person just might be able to tell that we’re holding back, so they may hold back when we do decide to give it our all.

Obviously one must be wise with whom they choose to give their all to, but imagine a world where everyone gave it their all up front. How would that look? I think we’d have a lot more business owners. I think that teenagers would be happier and less stressed. I think that we’d be recycling more and growing more of our own foods. So much would be different if we gave more effort up front without having to worry about people letting us down.

There’s not a lot that we can do to make things better today aside from Blocking Time in order to teach these kids that their tomorrow can be a little brighter. We can do this by showing them how to truly apply themselves and how to wisely give it their all to the right situation. This means that we have to start setting a better example for our children because they're always watching.
