Over the years I’ve spent the majority of my study time on communication and team building. I felt that this was important for me to do because over the years I’ve seen how a lack of energy in these two areas can keep great ideas from ever taking off.
When you're constantly around a team that doesn’t communicate well, you may start to question your ideas, your abilities, and just about everything that you thought was right… and even worse, you may start to lose some of your drive for things that you were once very passionate about.
When you’re around a team that communicates well, you start to feel empowered! You start to feel energy that you haven’t felt in a long time. You won’t even be concerned about throwing out silly ideas in meetings because you know that even the silly ideas can sometimes be profitable.
Each morning before I write, I think about your goals, skills, talents, along with your faith and trust in Team Woods. I think about the fact that I have been let down by other teams in the past, and that I know that you all have been let down as well. Then I think about the fact that right now; we’re here right here with bigger and better opportunities than many other similar teams have before them.
The opportunities are bigger and better because Team Woods is bigger and better than we’ve ever been. One thing about this team is that we seek out and attract great people to be a part of the movement; we seek out focused, caring, supportive, truthful, goal driven, result oriented people that are passionate about what they do.
Does this mean that we’ll get along all the time? Nope. What it means is that we have the right foundation for success! Keep all of this in mind while you’re out there grindin, ya dig? Just don’t forget, you attracted Team Woods into your life. At some point you must have thought that you wanted to be around like minded people, and we’re cool, we’re motivated, and we want to see you succeed!
So make your next move your best move, and you better make it a great day you goal getter you!

Food for thought….
Review your goals….
Think about what task you need to delegate….
Think about reading an article about something that you're good at….
Think about reading an article about something you’re bad at….
Think about cooking something healthy for dinner tonight….
Think about drinking more water today….
Think about the feeling that you get when you accomplish a goal….
