I want to give a huge shout out to Ashley this morning. Ever since she joined the team, she’s been working diligently and buying into all of the Team Woods’ systems. She joined the team not knowing much about Real Estate, but has still made a huge difference in our business over the past couple of weeks. She’s been a huge inspiration to me and other team members.
Ashley has displayed her determination by being “involved”. She follows up, asks a lot of questions, and does research before asking questions. Yesterday I made a couple of videos for some properties and I purposely left the description out, Ashley wanted to know more about the properties so she went to Zillow to see if she could find information on them. That may sound simple, but let’s just say I’ve been asked a lot of questions in my day.
Lately I’ve been saying: “Having her on the team is like having two Scotts on the team”. What I mean by that is that Scott joined the team with the same tenacity and determination to win, and for those of you that don’t know by now Scott and Ashley are siblings. Scott was the first person that joined the team to help “me”. For him, the main priority wasn’t the money or the business. The main priority was to help a “busy friend” get things under control. Having Ashley on the team reminds me of when Scott joined it.
We all shine bright in certain areas and I always make a point to show my gratitude to each and every one, but when someone comes along and puts their all into it, I have to put my all into recognizing that person. And with that I thank you so much for what you’ve you done for the team. You’ve inspired me to work that much wiser and strategically on behalf of the entire team. Keep doing what you’re doing and things WILL work out!
