Bad Mood Rising
Great Leaders, athletes, entertainers, and other folks in the eye of the public are expected to keep their moods in check because the cameras are filming just about everywhere they go. That’s a lot pressure!
Our bad moods are unavoidable, but fortunately they’re recognizable if we pay close attention. We focus on our state of mind to know when we’re in a bad mood so that we can avoid certain situations and people for that matter.
I must avoid negative people by all means when I’m in a bad mood because even though I might not feel my best, I’ll still try to cheer up someone up f they’re down. However, this scenario rarely plays out well.
There will be times that we can’t avoid the things that will make our bad mood worse, so what do we do in these situations? Be prepared. I feel that if we’re prepared for bad moods we’ll deal with them better.
One way to prepare for a bad mood is to avoid it all together. We can do this by ending our days reading something positive and motivational, we can also begin our days by doing the same; exercising also fights off bad moods as well.
Being in a bad mood and feeling down all of the time doesn’t make money, it creates problems that aren’t there and turns the small problems into big problems. Simply put, it’s in our best interest to do anything in our power to make our bad moods pass by as quickly as we possibly can.

Giving Thanks….
I want to thank Louie at the Weichert office for always being in a good mood, regardless of how chaotic things are at the office he’s always cool, calm, and collected. Even when his mom recently passed, he was in the office shortly thereafter taking care of business without having a bad attitude.
Let’s make today a great day and and Don’t Sweat The Small Stuff.
