Comparing Orange Prices: Pilot’s Diet Day 9

It’s better to start a diet on Monday, mess up on Tuesday, and start over again on Wednesday as opposed to never starting.
I’m also trying, and trying, and trying to get the best deal on oranges, but these mo-fos at Save-A-Lot make it hard to compare prices. One bag is priced per ounce, the other per count, and the 3rd per pound.
I don’t have the mathematical prowess that is needed to solve this formula; if there are any NASA Retirees or members of the Space Force reading this, please help me get the best deal on my Vitamin C.
