This tribute to Smokey Robinson is one of the best duets that I’ve ever seen and heard. First, the song Ebony Eyes was produced by Rick James “bitch”, and it featured him and living legend Smokey Robinson.

Beautiful song.

Second, and my main point, the performance by Gerald Levert and Marshia Ambrosia was amazing. Their chemistry had Gerald Levert ready to throw the chair across the stage.

Neither Gerald Levert nor Marshia Ambrosia get enough recognition as some of the greatest to ever do it. Marshia has a few solo hits and several from her Floetry days, Gerald on the other hand…he had several solo albums with back to back bangers.
