Leadership can be very overwhelming at times because as John Maxwell says: "Everything rises and falls on leadership". This means that if a project is a success, we blame the leader; if the project is a disaster, we blame the leader.
Therefore it's in a leader's best interest to build the best team possible because you can't do it all by yourself! If you find yourself bringing work home everyday and working long hours, then you should consider turning down new business or getting some help.
