I learned about the Pilot’s Diet about 8-9 years ago. I decided to give it a shot because I was starting to pick up a lot of unwanted weight, plus I heard a lot of good things about it. I also knew a couple of people that had success with the diet.
The diet worked very well for me. I ended up losing about 15 lbs that month, and that was with me not sticking to the diet 100%, I wanted to lose weight but I didn’t want to lose 20-60lbs like the diet claims you can lose….so I altered things a slight bit.
I’ll be starting this diet again on March 1st, and posting the meal plans for those who need some inspiration and motivation to shed some extra pounds.
Most of our health issues are caused by the foods we eat, so it makes sense to eat healthier, and makes even more sense to inspire and help others to do the same.
