Pilot’s Day: Day 26….


Yams and sweet potatoes, in their natural state, are extremely nutritious… and they’re delicious, especially when cooked whole in a slow cooker.


They’re sweet before we get them all candied up. I’ve seen people put some massive amounts of sugar in their yams.... and call it a side dish.


Call me crazy, but I don’t believe that any side dish should have just as much sugar as the dessert.
