Pilot’s Diet: Day 13


Maintaining a healthy diet is like trying to hit a moving target; it’s possible, but it takes practice. And the more that we practice, the better we get.


The key is to not give up and quit! If you fall, just get ya ass back, then try again sucka.

*This is me talking to myself while reflecting back on the McDonald's Double Cheeseburger Bundle and the Fried Gas Station Chicken Wings on Market St that I inhaled last week.
