In the beginning, it takes a lot of energy to plan out meals and stick to a certain diet.... not only are we battling ourselves to make changes, we must also battle outside negative and demotivating factors more commonly known as… people.
There are people out there that will literally try to talk you out of eating healthier…they’ll make it their mission to get you to break your diet….but that’s all a part of the journey.
The good news is that we’re not all negative and demotivating, there’s a lot of positive and motivational people everywhere. We just have to attract them into our lives if we want to interact with them.
