Pilot’s Diet: Day 16…


Healthier living is not a spectator sport. We don’t become healthier by watching and cheering for those who are taking action. If the goal is better health, then we must get up off of that thang and put that patootie in motion.

Food for thought: If you exercised One Minute for every Minute that you spend on Facebook (or any other social media platform combined), how many Minutes would you be working out each day?
