Pilot's Diet Day 18...



If you’re going to start planning a healthier diet or working out on, let’s say Monday for instance, then it would be ideal to get everything that you’re going to need lined up on Friday.

If you wait until “the day” to start preparing and doing, you’ll overwhelm yourself. In reality, you started working out the moment you thought about working out, that’s step 1, but step 1 doesn’t burn any calories…but it’s the most important part of working out.

Step 2 is preparing for the workout, get your shit together before it’s time to work out. It’s no different from going to work….if you want to have a good work day, you plan the day ahead (at the very least), and you keep planning the days ahead. You will burn some calories during step 2 because now you're moving around getting your shit together.

Step 3 is simple, take action. As long as you have a ground to stand on, you can work something you jive turkey you. You don’t need to go to the gym, you don’t need to wait for the weather to be nice, you don’t need someone to workout with you, you don’t need N T of that.

If you are having a hard time carrying your own weight, then that’s the weight that you need to start with. Go up and down the stairs in your home a few times, or simply sit down on the floor and stand up a few times.

Get past step 1 and let’s move on to step 2.
