Pilot’s Diet: Day 23



I never knew that fasting is a good way to increase your energy levels until now.

I’ve been doing a 7pm - 12pm fast for the past few days whereas I’ll only drink water with either freshly squeezed lemon juice or orange juice.

On days that I jog, I may have a smoothie since I'm still a rookie, but nevertheless, my energy levels have gone way up!
