Pilot’s Diet: Day 24…


This intermittent fasting is making me realize just how tired eating anything can make you feel. Of course fast foods will definitely make you feel tired and sluggish, but the healthier meals will also make you feel a little tired after you eat.

I had some popcorn last night around 8-9pm; this morning I had was water and two smoothies, and then I had some raisins around 1pm…this considering I lifted weights and jogged 4 miles this morning…back in the day I would have been on what I call my #SmashAndNap fa sho.

Don’t get me wrong, I will be smashing later, but for now I’m going to apply this extra energy galloping towards a few goals.
