Pilot’s Diet: Day Five


Meal planning can become overwhelming if you go from not planning any meals ever to TRYING to plan out 3 meals per day for the next 5, 10, 15 days, etc.

In the beginning, try to keep it simple. Start out by planning your breakfast for the next 2 days.

Keep doing that until you work your way up to a weekly meal planning system that you’re happy with.

And if you find that to be a challenge…. either quit or keep trying until you get it right.
