Pilot’s Diet: Day Four


Preparation is one key to anything that we want to be successful at, especially dieting.

Not only is it important to plan our meals in advance, we must also prepare our minds in advance too.

We must be mentally prepared to say NO to fast food options and offers. Personally, this is the hardest part about dieting….especially when other people come around who are as concerned about what they eat as you are.

There are so many people that will express a token of their love for you by giving you food, and usually what they’re offering is never healthy.

In these situations, we must have our “power phrases” ready to decline their offer.

“No thanks, I’m not hungry right now. I’ll eat something later”.

“(Restaurant name) hasn’t agreed with me lately”.

“My doctor said that I need to avoid fast foods for a while”.

Whatever you have to say to politely or impolitely get the temptation out of your face, say it!
