The first day of the diet went great, it actually went better than I planned! I had my grapefruit and 2 boiled eggs for breakfast (about 10am). I skipped my veggie snack and lunch, and I didn’t eat again until around 6pm.
One thing that really helped is me reminding myself: Food is Fuel, Not Therapy. My goal is to simply eat healthier and lose a lot of body fat in the process, and if I can manage to get a 24 pack of abs in the process, great!
That said, I’m not following the diet plan 100%. What that means is that I’m consuming all of the foods that are listed in the diet, but in some cases I may eat them slightly out of order, or I may combine them.
The most important thing for me is not to eat any junk food!
