The Biggest Challenge for Black Leaders is...

The #1 reason for inequality and injustice in the Black Community isn’t Whites or other Non-Blacks, nope. It’s other Blacks…in my opinion of course.

There are Blacks out there who will knowingly and unknowingly sabotage progress, then go home and get the best sleep of their life that night. Wake up the next morning, fresh, and do it all over again.

Black Leaders who are truly out there leading the Black Community to the “Promised Land” know and understand what I’m talking about.

The saddest part is that it be, yup, I said that IT BE the ones closest to you that will stab you in the back, twist the knife, and then dump a ¼ cup of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt into the wound. Twice if ya let 'em.

Some call this: Crabs In A Barrel Mentality

Yet I ponder what’s worse: Is it the ones who are knowingly making things difficult, or is it the ones who don’t have a clue that they’re making things difficult?

I believe that the latter definitely outnumbers the former, but just because there’s more of something doesn’t make it worse….or does it?

This has been A #TeamWoods moment in Black History.
