Shortly after I got my Real Estate license in 2002, I met a mortgage banker / investor by the name of Jeff Clatterbaugh. Jeff had a subscription to REPS (Real Estate Performance Systems). REPS provided their mortgage banker subscribers with interviews between Bill Hart and top producing agents around the country, the mortgage bankers would then give copies of the interviews to the realtors of their choice. I was fortunate enough to be one of those realtors!
I received over 20 CD during that time, and one of my favorites at that time was the interview with Gary Keller, actually it's still one of my favorite real estate interviews of all times. I've listened to this interview at least 50 times over the years and I've shared with about that many people; it's the gift that keeps on giving!
Shortly after receiving the Gary Keller interview in 2003, I was given a copy of the book The Millionaire Real Estate Agent by two of my first brokers Willie & Earnestine Williams. Great book, great interview, and great real estate role model this Gary Keller is!
This is a must listen interview for those considering getting into the real estate business and for those already in the business!
