What is the Youngstown Business Incubator?

I recently learned about the Youngstown Business Incubator, also known as "YBI". From what I understand, they offer various resources to help people start a business.

Their mission....

I met up with Vern Richberg of YBI earlier this year to learn more about what the company has to offer. He sent me the "Techstar Tool Kit", and I found it pretty informative.
